There is currently no available "Beginner" label. The following is the default level label: Men who participated in Shays' Rebellion were required to give up their arms and swear an Oath of Allegiance in order to receive a pardon. Seth Catlin writes to Lieutenant James Stewart of Colerain, Massachusetts, advising him that he will be in Greenfield the following Thursday for that purpose.
