-The annual report of the Society has just been made. From it we learn that the receipts of the Society for the year have been $5,836 90; of which $2,456 36 were the avails of the Fair held in Faneuil Hall, and $600 of other Fairs. Among the expenditures are the following items: S. May, Jr., for his services as general agent $700, and expenses $60 15; Parker Pillsbury, for services and expenses, $418 43; Lucy Stone, for services and expenses, $205 48; Stephen S. and Abby Foster, $300 43; Charles Burleigh, $145 99.

The Massachusetts Anti-Slavery society released its annual report for 1850 in February, 1851. Included in this report was the money paid to the American Anti-Slavery Society agent Lucy Stone. In 1832, the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society was founded in Boston. The American Anti-Slavery Society was founded by William Lloyd Garrison in 1833. The Gazette & Courier was the newspaper in Greenfield, Massachusetts, from July 20, 1841 until June 24, 1932. Before 1841 the newspaper's name changed quite frequently, with Gazette a frequent part of the title.
