label levels:

There is currently no available "Beginner" label. The following is the default level label: The Alien Registration Act was passed by Congress on June 29, 1940. This act made it illegal for anyone in the United States to "knowingly or willfully advocate, abet, advise or teach the duty, necessity, desirability or propriety of overthrowing the Government of the United States or of any State by force or violence, or for anyone to organize any association which teaches, advises or encourages such an overthrow, or for anyone to become a member of or to affiliate with any such association." The law also required all residents in the United States over 14 who were aliens to file a comprehensive statement of their personal and occupational status and a record of their political beliefs. Within four months a total of 4,741,971 aliens had been registered.
