By the Subscriber,
A FARM, lying in SPENCER, about one mile and an half from the Meeting-House;
containing 25 acres of good Land, nearly the whole under good improvement; consisting
of Tillage, Mowing, Pasturage and a good Orchard, with a Dwelling-House, Cyder-Mill
and House over it: Forty Dollars must be paid down, and the remainder may lye
a number of years with good security, or, if it suits the purchaser, Publick
securities will be received in payment.
