label levels:

There is currently no available "Beginner" label. The following is the default level label: Assembly-line technology and falling prices made cars less of a novelty by 1920. By the time this postcard was made, placing steering wheels on the left side of the car had become an industry standard in the United States. Motorists joined bicyclists in pressuring state and federal governments to build smoother and better roads. The federal Highway Act became law in 1921, and the Bureau of Public Roads began planning a national highway system by 1923.
